- To attract the attention of BTL branch to the urgent market problem in low quality of field personnel
- To raise awareness on the market about the FULL CONTACT project “It is possible in BTL!”
- To interest potential promoters, students and young specialists in work as a field personnel and to enrich the Agency data base

On a web portal Reklamaster takes place on-line conference devoted to the topic “Field personnel” with Director of FULL CONTACT Agency – Tetiana Kovaleva participating in it.
